We offer refunds or exchanges on products that are defective or do not match the specifications of your order. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been customized with your design, logo or text, unless the product is defective or does not match the specifications of your order. In such cases, we will work with you to replace or refund the defective product.
